Usually I love the customer service here ... today, not so much. Bringing my Jeep in due to some warranty issues with my back-up camera, had a 7am appointment and the gal saunters up at 7:05. I give her my number to text status to and she surprisingly asks, you are waiting? I reply with yes, they said it would only be 3 hours. She looks at me and said, well, I wouldn’t wait if I were you! What?!!! Well, it could take much longer and when I replied that I have no way to go anywhere else she started to get huffy. I told her if this was the case they can provide me with a rental to which she replied, you would have had to set that up ahead of time. Hmmm ... if I hadn’t been told it will only take 3 hours, I would have! ???????????? what a sucky way to spend a vacation day!
What do you know ... done in 2 hrs 45 mins! Thank goodness the mechanics know what they are doing! All fixed and happily on the road again.

Jennifer was extremely helpful. Especially since we expected one thing and it turned into so much more. Jennifer was very thoughtful when trying to help us figure out cost and logistics of being with out a car for several days. She answered all our questions and continued to help us until we were satisfied with the outcome. It was a real pleasure.
Great service and communication
The part that was required for the recall service was not in, noone called me ahead of time to reschedule the appointment. I went to pick up my Jeep and there were greasy finger prints all over the passenger seat. I tried to find Shawn and couldn’t. I asked another service writer to call him, there were two calls placed and he never showed up. He later called me to have me make another appointment to come back and said he would personally clean my seat.
I have not been able to reschedule due to my work schedule. The whole experience was very inconvenient and disappointing.
Darren was defensive will all questions, treated me as if I had no right to question what was being done to my vehicle. I asked him for a part that was replaced and he said there was no way he could find it as it was in the garbage.
Highly unsatisfied with his service. I will not be recommending my family or friends to have their vehicles serviced there, due to the disrespect I felt from him as a client.
Scott is fantastic and I’m glad to be working with him but the sheer length of time it has taken to still have a broken car, that you sold me brand new but broken, is ridiculous
