I would have liked for Jeff to direct the techs to troubleshoot the concern I had about a specific grinding squealing rotational sound from the front left wheel. I pointed this out to Jeff with the tech who drove my truck to the front after my recall services that were taken care of to my satisfaction. Jeff then scheduled me to come back 9/13/19 to address the issue I had. I like Jeff, he’s personable, I had hoped he would have followed up more on my concern that I texted to him on that same day because there was time to take a better look. Now, I have to take extra time to reschedule the inspection/maintenance - this costs me time and money because I arranged my own alternate transportation to work for this appointment also. Call me with any questions, problems or concerns about this customer response.

I walked to the car and could’nt get the key to turn. I walked back to the service bldg and ask Shawn why my key would not turn. He looked at me like I was stupid and walked back to the car with me. He than told me that I had received the recall and that was the way it was going to.be. Very hard to turn on and almost impossible to turn off. When I bought the Jeep 12 years ago, it was a decent car to own. Now I think it’s going to be a pain in the **** putting up with that switch that is difficult to turn on and almost impossible to turn off without twisting that key off. Was this really what the recall called for or did I just get a poor job of installation?

I was happy with my service, and although my wait time was only 5-10 min over what I was told it would be ( no big deal ), Beth was really apologetic for it.
Beth was very prompt and friendly.
It was quick to get an appt, and didn’t have to wait weeks!

But the biggest down side is that you guys dont provide a loaner.
I own a 2011 toyota sienna, the van had a recall for the side doors, when i took it to the dealership, they had a loaner van ready for me.
That will be my only complaint.
