Kelsey is the best. She is friendly knowledgeable, and always helps me when I have to bring my Jeep in. She makes having a problem with your vehicle a pleasant experience instead of a nightmare.

Kelsey is fine I like her. There was a lot of mess ups on schedule Which inconvenienced me two round trips of 80 miles coming to get tires no compensation Just disappointed not all Kelsey's fault another lady was supposed to make sure she got the tires ordered with kelsey oh well 2 days wasted
Michaela made the appointment to have the seat covers put on the bed lining sprayed mud flaps that should have been front and back and now I've Been Told it's only the back this saleswoman is very poor at following through what needs to be done when you make an appointment to have all of your extras done and then find out later the seat covers were never ordered and the mud flaps that should have been front and back are now only the back this saleswoman is not very educated in the sales of these big trucks as I asked about the plugin and she said there wasn't one so we ordered one that we didn't need because it comes with a towing package I'm really hoping and praying that Chris your sales manager can turn this transaction around and make this customer happy to buy the next Jeep in 2020 I'm running out of patience so I'm hoping that this transaction will turn around before I get to a point to say keep the damn truck I'll see my attorney I would think after paying cash and not beating you down on the price and no trade in it would have been a sweet deal for you if you need a repeat customer please get your act together and make this transaction right thank you very much Janelle M

Tiela was great but the tech forgot to put a oil change mileage sticker on the window so now I wonder what he forgot to do und the hood probably won’t be back
I'm upset on the fact the it took 6+ hours to tell me what i already told what was wrong. I stated the front shocks were leaking. Took the service dept. 6 hours to call me and stat the front shocks were leaking and they didn't have parts. I told service provider I was ASE certified mechanic but it still took 6+ hours to diagnose the problem. If you want customers to come to you, a big thing is to get dignoses to them quicker. This is not my first time dealing with this service center. They took my 2015 wrangler for a whole day to change a tail light. If I knew it would be gone all day I would have done it my self. It's 4 screws, not rocket science

The work is still being done on my Jeep but it has been a pleasant experience so far with Jennifer. She has kept in contact with updates and arranged for a loaner while the work is being completed. I haven’t used this dealership before and usually go to the Jeep dealership in Clackamas. This has been a good experience so far.
I have been coming to Hannah for years and even more since we purchased the Grand Cherokee. I have always been satisfied with the Service Advisors I have encountered throughout the years . I can honestly say that Teila is one of the best I have had the pleasure to deal with . She is professional and knowledgeable and I really appreciate that.
