So I had an appt there and had talked to allie last time about my tires I had to remind Alyssa about it. I asked if I needed to show her my loyalty cuz I wasn’t getting the perks she said yes I have mentioned everytime that I’m a loyalty not one person in 4 years told me I had to. Then I was told it would take all day so I rented a car which is fine but at 10.51 I received a text saying my car was almost which would of been great when I texted back my phone number to call me that it was done but I didn’t until I texted at 245 and asked and was told yes sorry I was busy, which I understand but a quick text would of been great and I would of been highly satisfied to get my car back early. When I arrived Alyssa was on the phone so Gary helped me I asked about the tires he interrupted me twice as I was telling him the back story telling me it takes 24 hours for the precession to begin which I understand but I told ally and Alyssa about it ally on Saturday and Alyssa the same day. Gary went and looked at my tires and told if I didn’t hear anything by Saturday to call. Never did I get a discount because I’m a loyalty member and I have little faith that I’m going to get my tires for free which I was told I would get when I bought the car. I have anxiety everytime I cone in cuz there is a lack of communication and follow up
It was nice to he able to walk in and get assistance right away.
Teila has been my service rep for all of my recent appointments and I couldn't be happier. Her customer service is absolutely fantastic. She even asked me if I had eaten breakfast cause she said she was going to buy me breakfast!! Who Dose that!!! Wow!!

Teila was awesome Trying to take care of the situation out of everybody that we have dealt with at **** Hanna she went above and beyond to try to figure the situation out the whole buying experience of this truck and everything since then has been a complete nightmare. After spending an unreasonable amount of time on the phone, I ended up having to pay for my rental vehicle while mine was in the service center, for an extended time because the part that needed replaced was on backorder. When I scheduled to bring vehicle in I was told the part was in stock. My vehicles warranty is supposed to have rental coverage. I will keep this in mind next time I purchase new vehicles for our fleet or my personal use. Mechanic did great job with repairs.
Kept us informed of what they found and what service truck needed.
I was supposed to be set up with a loaner car but didn’t get one. Also, the person helping me failed to leave a voicemail telling me I could pick up my car up. Which ended up making me extend my car rental.
Teila is my favorite service advisor. I love working with her!
