Shawn was very pleasant and professional. He stayed in touch with updates right up to the time I picked up my Chrysler. The cost was exactly what I had been told by the estimate. If we ever need service again we will definitely come back to Hanna Chrysler. Thank you. James S

I pushed the wrong button. First of all I requested a loaner car and they didn't have it available. Then after waiting over 5 hours with no phone call that my car was ready to pick up I called and they were closed!!!! Then I had to wait through the rest of the weekend with no transportation and had to find a ride to work for Monday. Very dissatisfied with the communication!!!!

I had to take my truck in two separate times of almost four hours each to get the window fixed and the second time while fixing the window they damaged part of the inside of the door so now I have to make another trip and spend more of my free time waiting around for a repair this time one that they caused.

I was definitely not satisfied after spending over $400 with your establishment today! I came in for and oil change service, fuel filter change, and Tire rotation/brake inspection. I was quoted over the phone that it shouldn’t be anymore than $150. Upon dropping the truck off, I received an email stating the estimated cost would be $171 and some change I believe. I then received another email stating the service was complete and the total due for services was over $400. The total for 2 fuel filters being replaced parts and labor was $300. That’s extremely steep imo! The tires never got rotated, stating on invoice that the best tires were already on the front, when actually the rear inside tires had more tread on them by 2/32 when I tested them with my tread depth gauge. Also my fuel filter life meter was not reset. I did not receive a new sticker in my window reminding me when to get service again. I am a diesel mechanic myself and I know what a dealership standard should be and this definitely wasn’t that, it was just a poor experience overall!

I really needed my car to be inspected because my check engine light was on. I didn’t think it would be a big deal, just wanted to find out what was wrong so I could fix it. I scheduled an appointment for 9:30pm Tuesday. I waited 4.5 hours on Tuesday for my vehicle to be inspected, but I had to stop them because that was the only vehicle I have to go to work with. I rescheduled for the next day for 12:30pm but after what I experienced, I knew I was going to be late to work again. I rescheduled for 9:30am Thursday. On Thursday, a guy came up and asked me questions and informed me that my warranty was expired. I know I purchased an extended warranty. After he finally found some paperwork, since he didn’t know if I purchased my car there (my license plate covers even say “**** Hannah: Believe in Nice”), I ended up regretfully leaving without my car getting inspected and apparently won’t be coming back. Hopefully I can get it fixed myself. I thought I would go to the **** Hannah service center, since I bought my car from this company.

The person who checked my car in said they would hook the battery up and charge it to determine if it was bad. That it would take 2 hours, I came back in 3 and it had just started the process, it was finished later that day, but to late for me to pick up due to my work schedule. This was a battery that the service center replaced in august, should not take all day. Every time I visit the shop with a appointment or without it is always grantees to be a all day or a week event. I will say everyone is always nice and friendly .

Beth was awesome. My appt had fallen off of their list for whatever reason but She just picked it right up and went with it! She was very thoughtful and I appreciated her customer service very much!!
