Second time ever going to **** Hannah for oil changes and both times never received a service date/mileage return sticker. Also always have gone to the dealerships I buy my cars from for service but won't again. Both Kia and Honda never charged $60 for an oil change, plus tire rotation, 5 point inspection, and car washes were included around $40. Not satisfied, especially since my fiance and I both bought vehicles from **** Hannah within the past year.

Your service department is wonderful. Im just disappointed with the warranty I bought. My understanding was my car was covered bumbper to bumper with the warranty I bought whenI purchased my car. Turns out that is not the case.

I went to express service on a Saturday and it was extremely busy, considering how busy it was my waiting time was not long for my oil change and tire rotation. Dokota was pleasant and explained the services performed.

Made an appointment to fix both airbag recalls. Brought in the Sprinter only to be told 3 hours later that they could not fix the drivers side. Who orders half the parts on a recall with metal pieces flying. Who? So we picked up the Sprinter. I use it for my work and needed to move some antiques. I signed the releases but stressed the whole time I drove it. Will have to bring it back in on Tuesday but don’t have anyway to pick it up until the weekend. A complete hassle. Not a fan at this point.
