I didn't get good feedback during the 2 weeks my vehicle was in the shop. I didn't always know what was going on, however Teila did a great job and I was able to text with her to get updates.

MY vehicle is consuming oil and the only thing the service department told me was to come back after 10000 or 12000 miles... REALLY? So I am just supposed to live with an oil consumption problem... Thanks. Not fair that other people dont have to deal with this issue and I do.

The price was high, it took 4.5 hours for an oil change, and I didn’t get my car washed. I don’t see a benefit to having Jeep service my car over Jiffy Lube. Disappointed.

The only issue is that the last 3 visits, they ask me if I want a wash and I say yes but it had not be done, why ask? Kelsey does a great job and keeps me updated. Thanks, Harold

There is a lack of communication between the service advisor and customer s. There were several other customers with the same sense of lack of customer service. You need to do better.
