Ken Dent is one of my favorite service managers. I truly believe that customer service starts from the top down. Jeff did a great job assisting me and keeping me informed throughout the day. Service was not complete. Tires were not rotated as they should have been and as I asked for. I am an hour away. I have an appointment at les schwab to take care of it tomorrow. This is our 3rd time that we have received this kind of service at dodge and its all been when I have been the one to bring the truck in. It's a different story when the husband comes in. We are in the market for a new vehicle and today solidified that we won't be shopping at any **** hannah dealership for my next car.
