Didn’t hear back for two day on the status of my car. My coolant cap was off under the hood when I picked up my car. I was notified that my car was done at 6pm. Right when you close. I was extremely disappointed and I’m not sure I will bring my car back.
Customer service was absolutely wonderful! Left another dealership because of poor customer service and will return here instead of going to the other! Thank you again!

Went in for an egr repair. Unfortunately your diagnostic testing couldn't pick it up to service, but you checked my fluids and changed my oil.i appreciated that, so in spite of not fixing the her, I was pleased with your service????

After finally getting the correct part ordered and installed your service team couldn't even wipe the grease off of the installed door handle.

Question about a recurring problems were not answered. Wish I could of talked to the mechanic. Also nerver talk to tila, she was busy or not there.

I DON'T GENERALLY TRUST DEALERSHIPS HAVING BEEN CHEATED BY SEVERAL.....SO I WAS PLEASANTLY SURPRISED.
Brought in for oil change, inspection was told brake fluid was contaminated and needed to be changed. Was charged approximately $175. When I got home looking through my records I discovered **** Hannah had changed my fluid only 8000 miles ago. It either didn’t need this service or it wasn’t done but charged on my January 2017 visit. I feel I should be refunded my charge.
Kelsey Arnold at first had to reschedule my appt. because the parts did not come in. An hour or so later she called me back to let me know the parts had come in and that if I still wanted to come in they could get it done that day. I am so glad she made the effort to call so I could get my car service done. I would work with her anyday!!
I scheduled my appointment online and requested a tire rotation that was not performed. In previous occasions I've also been offered complimentary car wash, but not this time
