Well - it would be pretty tough to be dissatisfied with this service, since I have no idea why I'm getting this question. Matt has always been wonderful but I'm now on my 6th check engine light and I suspect that Chrysler has contacted **** Hannah saying finally "fix this" - I have been nothing but patient with the fact that my 2017 Journey, with barely over 16miles on it, has been in 6 times for various 'check engine' light problems. FIX MY CAR!

Shawn was fantastic. He was friendly and communicated everything timely and well, he deserves employee of the month! The only thing that was different from this time ( which is not Shawn’s fault) was the last time I brought it in they washed it and vacuumed it out. I missed that this visit.

Jeffery Roberts was awesome. The people calling to set up the appointment for the recall never actually set up an appointment. And it took 3 people at **** Hannah dodge before I got to Jeffery who actually gave me some answers

Have only had my vehivle for ten months 4000 miles it should have been all up to date on all maitenence and wasnt ! You fixed an oil leak and still charged me for an oil change then proceeded to recomend over 2000$ in sevices so i feel you sold me a lemon!
