My service was good, but when truck was done it was brought around front and sat there and no one informed me it was done. I finally asked and they said yes. It sat there 45 minuets after it was done because they didn't let me know it was done.

I brought my car in to have a fauty oil gauge repaired it didn't get repaired They addressed other issues but I still have the gauge problem. I brought the car to you under the impression if anyone could do you could. Please help me limited income can't afford a new one

Shawn offed nothing but the best customer service he listened to the problem that as I tried to described what was happening when driving my 2011 1500 and was relived off the problem and I would like to add the mechanics also did a great job because once again im so happy that I'm a ram truck owner it's proforming great BIG THANKS TO **** HANNAH DODGE AND JEEP SERVICE

Brought car in for an oil change and they failed to reset the sensor. Very irritating that it still beeps oil change needed!

My service advisor was top notch. A real asset to your operation. I'm just a bit dismayed that after agreeing to over $350 bucks in recommended fluid changes, the vehical wasn't washed or vacuumed.
