Way too expensive for a simple oil filter change. Been through dealerships all my life for service on all my cars and have never ever paid almost 100.00 for an oil filter change. Will not be coming back

I was called and informed my truck was complete. Got a ride to the dealership, finished the paperwork and told they’d bring my truck up.. 30 min later someone finally saw fit to bring me my truck. Guy hands me my keys and comments on the weather. Where is the back lot located that it takes this long to deliver vehicles? Yet another customer gets his returned in less than half the time. We the customer have lives to live as well.

No one called me for all of monday. It was a huge bummer.
I had an appointment but still waited like 10 minutes for someone to help me. I just wanted to know if my tire was repairable or if I needed a new one. It took her 40 minutes to tell me it wasn't repairable. She said you guys had a brand new tire for 150.00 and can have it done in 40 minutes. My time is valuable, and I wasted 40 minutes of my time for nothing. So much for making an appointment. I ended up taking it to my tire guy, which I should've done in the first place. He repaired my "unrepairable" tire in under 20 minutes. I told him what you guys had said about my tire and my wait time and even he laughed. Your tire service is ridiculous!
She immediately took care of me
