Just bought the car I was told when I brought it in for service I received a complimentary car wash. I asked about it they said they didn’t have time ??? They barely wiped the service number off the windshield?

Terrible customer service and repair work! I will never bring my Chrysler 300 into the **** Hannah Vancouver Chrysler Service Department ever again. I will be bringing my vehicle to another and more capable mechanic who I have already been referred to. I have already had an electrical problem with my door locks not working and had it allegedly repaired. The problem re-occured and I elected not to have it repaired because of tbe ridiculous cost to repair it a second time. I just brought my vehicle in for service on 4/9 for routine service and the driver side driver and passenger door locks not working again! Jeff was going to charge me $900.00 to repair the door locks because it's been over two years since the last repair! Between the Beaverton and Vancouver Chrysler Service Departments, I have paid approximately $4000.00-$5000.00 on my vehicle on issues that still occur today! Thanks for nothing!!!

Fast and friendly service
I was not impressed at all. There was no detailed explanation of what was done to my car at all. It was take my car for 65 minutes and pay for it. I don't have a clue what issues I might have elsewhere in my car or what services were even performed during my oil change.
Teila did a great job on handling my needs for get my service work done. She has also done a great job for me.
Vehicle received hassent been fully serviced and road ready , cooland level low , verry dirty and parts havent been put back from where taken off, last time i come in this dealership

Service from kelsey was great. But wouldn't recommend buying a vehicle from **** hannah ever. Was an expensive lemon from the get. Axel snapped in vehicle first week of having vehicle. Soent lots of money on extra warranty and would not even cover a foot pedal and cost me of 500 dollars. I regret buying this vehicle from **** hannah quite honestly. Service from kelsey was good though.
Terrible! I've had my car for a little.over a year and it has spent close to a total 3 months in your service center. And not once have I received my car with everything having been done. On previous occasions it's been oil changes. It took brining it to you 5 times u til you finally fixed my gas lid and it's still not working properly. This time I asked among other things to have my car washed and of course it wasn't (not the first time his has happened either). And to top it off you scratched my left front tire up!
Alissa was great. Very nice and knew what she was doing. Unfortunately it seems the people that wotk with her font have the same work ethic as she Does.
I had to return for a new radio. That was fine. The previous week I had an oil change and never received my inspection sheet nor did the service advisor speak with me about the results. When I asked for a copy of the inspection when I returned, I noticed it failed a brake inspection and I need rear brakes. No one ever mentioned it to me on my first visit. I now have to waste yet another trip/day to get my rear brakes fixed.
I didn't even get home with my car & the check engine light was back on. I spent $690 in upgrades.
I appreciate everything that Shawn did for us he definitely went above and beyond...
