Truly disappointed with the lack of communication regarding my vehicle. I had to call daily to check the status because no one would call me and often would speak to someone who "didn't know" The wrong part was ordered which required me to have a rental vehicle for an additional day. I was almost overcharged for the window master switch but luckily caught it before paying. Also, I was quoted $600 something over the phone by Allison for the sensor replacement but ended up paying more. Why? By the end I just wanted my vehicle back. Left feeling poorly treated and taken advantage of. When paying this much for vehicle service, customer service should be number one. I will never consider taking my vehicle to or purchasing a vehicle from any **** Hannah dealership.

I sent my step daughter in to have her first oil change completed on her new car I purchased for her. She waited for 15 minutes in her car, with no greeting, when she got out of her car she was instructed to get back in her car and wait. They finally admitted they “thought” she had been helped. They did not clean the car or make her experience a positive one, which is a great disappointment as I have purchased 3 cars from your dealership and referred several other people.
Originally when I called to set up service the gal I spoke with told me that the40k service was due for my vehicle and when I inquired further on what that covers she said the oil change, air filter and AC filter change along with Tire inspection/rotation . Upon arrival the man helping me was nice but said I was given wrong information. I was also told that my brake system fluid was found to be dirty/contaminated and my tires are wearing abnormally(whatever that means).
July of 2017 I had service done and during that visit the brake system fluid was changed. How can it be that I need to have that done again, it hasn’t been a full year. How or why would I need to have that changed again so soon? It’s a closed system, right? My husband is a mechanic and is questioning this and we would like an explanation. Thanks
