Teila did a wonderful job. My complaint is with our original service guy, Gary. Gary facilitated a warranty claim for work on our rear transfer case. At the time of the repair we also had the shop put on new tires. When the new tires were put on, a tire indicator stopped working. Gary said we wouldn’t have to pay another deductible, but would have to come back because he didn’t have the tire sensor in stock. My wife checked back with Gary over the summer and the part hadn’t come in. We don’t use this vehicle often and I didn’t get around to bringing it in until today. I explained the situation, but had to pay another deductible. Teila was very professional and represented your dealership well. It’s just unfortunate I had to pay a second deductible because Gary didn’t include it in the computer’s
notes.
I really appreciate how well I am taken care of when I come in for service. Teila did an excellent job getting my fleet vehicle all of the services it needed.

Jeff was awesome and very customer service oriented was very professional and kind and patient to listen to my wife who blathers on about things but he was able to pinpoint the issue and give us a satisfactory answer as to why there is a shimmy or something with the back of our truck and apparently is normal we appreciate you guys very much we completely hate Gresham Dodge and we will never go anywhere but Vancouver **** Hannah dodge for services. Thank you for being honest and the golden standard.
