Comitted to have a manager call. Never received. Small claims court is where I will go. I bring my car in for recall and by coincidence I now have a $500 HVAC issue. I have bought over $250k worth of cars through Hanna. This is fraud and incompetent

I was COMPLETELY satisfied with Matt and the service. He was great. I really appreciated that he got me a loaner since you can’t deliver me to my home address on Hayden Island. Beth didn’t have the usual super-friendly service I’m used to there but she was fine with no issues. I was a little disappointed after spending almost $1k that my car wasn’t washed when I picked it up. All in all, very satisfied and thanks for asking.
