I was able to get in right away for my truck to get checked before I haul horses to Kentucky and back for the Thoroughbred Makeover. My brakes were at 1% and my brake fluid was leaking. I had had the truck in for service about a month ago and wish it had been fixed then. I haul my horses several times a week locally and feel incredibly lucky that the breaks lasted as well as they did and that I had this trip coming up, causing me to bring it in so the breaks could be replaced now and the break fluid leak fixed. I am not one to put off maintenance or work on my truck. My safety, along with the safety of my horses, my friends traveling with me, and the safety of others on the road is my top concern, and the safe running condition of my vehicles is something I take very seriously. Darin Green has been great to work with. He is difficult to reach in person to consult with and we end up playing a lot of phone tag.

They said we would have a rental and we planned for that then when we got there there was not one available. They did not wash the truck.

I wasn't expecting to pay for my first oil change I was under the impression that it was, complimentary to my surprise it wasn't I never paid $100 for oil change before and this won't happen again I will not be coming back.

Shawn is always attentive to my questions and concerns. Today I was waiting for home to finish up with someone ahead of me. Shawn gave the same courtesy to this customer as he does for me. I actually love coming in to **** Hanna when I work with Shawn.

The person who was assigned to me was not around most of the time. Someone else approached me letting me know she was just helping Jennifer and came across as if I was an inconvenience. An Uber was arranged to take me home while my vehicle was being serviced; which was nice but hauling my car seat around and the driver sitting watching me struggle did not sit well with me. I was called later to be notified that my car was ready and the tech did not find anything wrong with the speaker which I asked them to check out a rattle in the bass. I asked Jennifer to request the uber at 330, which did not happen. I patiently waited, no uber. I called the dealership and requested to speak to Jennifer; she was not available and would call me back. I left a message but did not receive a call back. Only a notification that an uber was on its way. I arrived at the dealership and walked into the office and waited for someone to assist me. Jennifer was nowhere to be found, Beth ended up helping me again anyway who seemed annoyed. Did not go over diagnostics or results of the visit and just had me sign. This was my first visit and am very disappointed in their customer service. Genuine greeting, follow up and follow thru from the rep even if they’re “just helping out” is extremely important. Finally, the rattle I expressed concern about is still there. Very disappointing.

Darin was great under pressure as I had a very challenging issue. He knew how to work things including escalating to a manager when I was hot about it. He did great and saved my faith in the brand.
