I LOVE Teila! She's the ONLY one who I will be dealing with from now on. She addressed ALL of my concerns and didn't blow me off with some B.S. answer and dismiss us. She ACTUALLY found and fixed the problem that the last guy couldn't find and said didn't exist.
I am disappointed that I had to return the loaner and drive a vehicle without an airbag. I know it is FCA’s decision for you not to look at the vehicle but the entire experience that I have had with Jeep is incredible ridiculous. The way I have been treated and the amount of time and energy I have spent to find a solution to why my airbag randomly deployed is beyond frustrating. The entire Jeep organization needs to rethink the way they solve problems for their loyal customers. At the end I the day I want to operate a safe and reliable vehicle and I am appalled that there has been zero assistance in helping me find a solution. It seems like FCA would prefer lawyers to fix this issue rather than mechanics. As far as what you can do for me: please continue to lobby against FCA for them to inspect the vehicle. I shouldn’t have to take out an insurance claim on the vehicle that will increase my policy for the 5 years and additionally severely hurt the resell value of the Jeep if it is ever fixed properly.
Service quality was great. Thought the price for labor charges was a bit high.

Service was good , lady who helped me was very helpful. Got an oil change done and asked for my car to be washed, not sure if there was a miscommunication cause my car didn't get washed no big deal.
Kelsey gave great customer service. I think the dealership could do a better job on respecting people's time. It would be helpful to have a more accurate time estimate for repairs. Both days I came to **** Hannah I was given an approximate time to wait a couple hours. The first day I waited over 3 hours, the 2nd day over 4 hours. I am very happy with the work that was done on my car. thank you!!
Slow, unprofessional, inattentive service
Did not provide service on first visit in August. Justified that by telling me it was diagnostic fix, tried to charge me 2000 to fix this visit. Further I feel a sales appraisal tried to take advantage of the situation with the appraisal price.
Scott was great! He was always courteous and kept me updated.
I was told to take it to another place (after market product) to get the step repaired.
Given name (no such place) and have asked for number and address (sent 3 emails and 1 phone call) NO RESPONSE.
