I was told this was a 2 hour job our vehicle needed service on after waiting 2 hours for an oil change. I then was taken by Ubar to my daughters to wait for the 2 hour service. After multiple phone calls to the dealership I finally was told at almost 6:00 it was done. The Ubar driver did not show up so I had to obtain my own ride to the dealership to get the vehicle back. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the tech and said had I known it would take all day I would have required a rental car as I had appointments I had to cancel that day due to no vehicle. My whole day was wasted. She stated they had no vehicles they could have given me for the day as they were all rented out. We paid for a warranty agreement that states we can get a rental but none were available? Something wrong with this! We bought this car at this dealership and are not sure we will ever buy another one there. I was made to feel I was the one in the wrong. We have bought multiple Dodges and have sent many other family members you way but this may be the last one.

The wrong tires were ordered for my car, twice. I wasn’t alerted until 6 hours after my first appointment and 5 hours after my second appointment. It doesn’t seem like it should take 3 visits for new tires, and it makes me concerned about what the situation would be if my vehicle had a real problem.
