My car was not repaired I was charged 200 to find why my check engine light was on and all they did was tell me what the two codes that I knew had and what they meant, basically what you can find out with a key dance. And I was told I needed almost 2000 dollars to fix one of the problems for he miss fire I needed all new plugs and wires and coil packs to fix a misfire that I had on one cylinder. I told them that was not the problem and that I had this problem before I out the new coils packs and stuff on but I was told I was wrong and did not know what I was talking about. My feel like my problems were not resolved and I was way over charged for really no work. But oh well live and learn but I will not be returning to any **** Hannah for anything.

Shouldn’t take 1:15 to program a key fob. I get that you wanna charge an hours worth of service but I would have paid that and got out of there in 15 mins. I think most customers would.

Was told it would take 1 hour or less. Took over 2 hours. Was not given any updates. Went to check on and was told he was out to lunch. One of the women checked on it for me and found it was done for over a half hour.
