Teila was great to deal with, she kept me informed throughout the process and took care of any needs I had. She worked very hard on my behalf.
As far as Fiat/Chrysler I am extremely disappointed and I have lost faith in the product they have sold me. Failed motor at 18900 miles, and on top of that the emissions lawsuit where my vehicle is not the clean desiel I was promised.
I was over joyed with the amazing customer service. I bought my Jeep at Gresham dodge and have been taking it there for service. However they lack the customer service and after taking it there last time and having to have a new transmission put in to my 2016 Jeep. You could say I was disappointed that my new jeep was having to habve such work done. But the icing on the cake was that they had it for 39 days before I got it back. So after 3 rental cars and lack of an apology from the service manager I swore to never go back. So thank you for your kick **** staff. I will be back.
Kelsey was Fantastic, she kept me informed every step of the way. Perfection. Kudos to the technician as well who worked on my vehicle. It runs beautifully.
It's a pleasure having Me. Arnold as my Service Manager. She is efficient and thorough. She always has a smile and welcoming attitude.

Took a little bit to get the bill settled out. The customer service rep was very pleasant and work with me. She did all the strong line for the company which is good. At the end of the day we came to an equitable agreement. I didn’t get everything I wanted she didn’t get everything she wanted but I think it worked fine. I do look forward to working with her and **** Hannah Jeep/Chrysler.

Only disappointment was that the rental vehicle I was given had not been cleaned . It had half drank water bottles, used plastic silverware, dog hair and some nasty grime on the inside window. The vehicle was just nasty. My interactions with your staff was polite and responsive. Truck is running fine.

Everything seems to be just fine since in for repairs.
Already sent a note via your web site. Great people really friendly. But after I left. I found the hood was not latched down. And one of my tire is now flat. Not sure yet as to why on the tire but the hood should have never been left unlatched.Which is extremely dangerous, luckily it did not fly up while driving it home. Which is where, I discovered it. And verified the tire was going flat.
Jeff went above and beyond to make my first time experience a Happy one! Please honor him in letting him know for me.
