I appreciate that Matt’s attention to detail. He had a crew chief second check the recommended work order and found that not everything that the tech recommended needed to be preformed.

The only thing I am going to complain about is I brought my camry in for a crack in the rotor on 3/30 and you didn't have the parts at the time so I was supposed to get a call once you got them. I never got the call. So today I had to ask Kelsey and she is hooking it up thankfully.

I was not informed at the time of app. Scheduling it could take five hours (7am app) and I elected to wait because of that. I was helped by Kelsey with this service and she tried to give me info but had none once the truck was checked in.

You are the absolutely worst in service. When I call you I never get a call back. You always Try to upsell me on repairs, and your team never knows the full history on my car before you take it in for repairs. It's obvious that either my car is a lemon or your team does not fully investigate issues with a vehicle. I beg you to show this to **** Hannah and have him review my service record. Absolutely awful. ****, give me a call if you still talk to customers... Kevin H

Dropped the '06 Chrysler 300 off at the service department on 05/04/18 at 8:54 AM for an air bag recall replacement. The car was clocked out at 5:55 PM that afternoon after a total of 9 hr & 1 min. The vehicle didn't even receive a car wash as is normally done as a courtesy. very dissatisfied with service.

After service on way home engine check light came in for emissions i called to see if the code was a warrantee issue they told me to drive back when i got there they told me it was a senser issue not covered wasted my time driving back, no estimate of sensor was provided when truck was picked up. I also asked for radio code and got a leture about why you wont give me code for my truck. That stupid i own the truck and should be able to get code. I didnt appreciate the leture about why she wouldnt give me the code im not steeling my own radio

I was told my wiper blades were changed and when I left the wiper blades were the same as the ones I came in with. Luckily I was not charged for them

Mostly good. Just took longer than we anticipated.
Mechanic wasn’t thorough, or perhaps was on a rush to finish. So when we were told the truck was ready, we expected to be able to drive it home. The Check Engine Light came on even before we left the repair shop.
