When trying to leave one of your employees was backing out of the shop in a van and even though I was trying to get out of the parking lot and he saw me he continued to back up almost hitting my car (and would have had I not backed up worrying he wasn’t going to stop) and even then did not stop yet continued to back up never stopping and forcing me to back most of the way to the entrance so he could back in by the front of the dealership. That is a horrible customer experience for one and for two had he hit my car it would have been his fault and cost you a lot of money. I really think someone should talk to him about not assuming the world should move for him and not assuming others will. With that being said, the man who helped me at the counter was amazing and a he provided a great experience. He should get major kudos.

I’m totally disatisfied. I dropped my car to be done for pre-trip inspections, oil change and wash. You Guys kept me there for hours. You came back to me multiple times while I was waiting and spoke with me about what to fix and recommended maintenance and prices. You don’t even wash the dirty car nor did they check some of the engine fluids. after you charged me $331 for filter change that was overpriced. I had to go to car wash and do it again. Never had this issue before with Dickahanna.

I have to have Cindee fix and issue that Emily was unwilling to handle. I also had to put a message on Facebook for someone to call me back.

Thank you to the mechanics who worked very diligently and hard on my vehicle and who were put in an extraordinary circumstance that should have never occurred with a brand new vehicle. Vehicle is running perfectly again. Miss Kelsey was very nice. She deserves a raise. So do the mechanics.

Not happy at all. We paid for a maintenance program with you guys and then got a bill for $60 for an oil change. It has an extreme scam feel avout it. I give Donna (your tech) our card and still got charged. I'd like to resolve this before I put it on Yelp, Google and Facebook.

Service rep Alyssa Frampton was great!! My car was done when promised. My only complaint: I was told my car would be washed and it wasn’t. Apparently the car wash person was not there today.

Well I had to bring my car back a 2nd time because they were short workers and couldn't complete the job.and o didn't get a car wash .so the next weekend I took it back and I ask if my car could be washed this time I was told yes but again no one was there to do it .I was giving the wrong invoice do when I got home I called to let them know I got the wrong invoice .do they emailed me and it didn't show if the work was done or if any thing I requested was check .I will be coming back to have someone tell me what was done to the car it was suppose to be an oil leak .p.d Last yet I was going to buy a car from the company and the sales man was rude because I told him o didn't have always to wait so if he could please call me and let me know what he came up with ..well that was last yet and I'm still waiting on that call....I'll give Dodge a ,3 I always try to bring my car to your company but the customer service needs help

Matthew did a great job. The service tech was where things went wrong. But all things considered it is ok. Just take from this Matthew did an outstanding job of taking care of me under extrenuating circumstances. He is defiantly a knowledgable and dilligent customer service representative. You need more like him. Some of the others in the servicenter department should follow his lead.
