hour oil changed turned into 2 hours. My truck was sitting out front for 10 mins so i went to my repersentive ... She wasn’t happy I was waiting on her. She said I needed an air filter, I informed her I just got one last visit from you guys. She said Oh yea I see that...I have heard a lot of bad news about **** Hannah. My friend took his jeep in, you guys did a big write up on it including he needed new brakes?! Well he said thats funny you guys just replaced them a month ago...Is this your practice?

My tires were rotated without my consent and I had just had them rotated - service took twice as long as I was told it would take and I was not updated and service advisor was kinda pushy about giving her a ten rating - I'm sure she was more interested in getting the rating than earning it and this is the second time I've asked for a wash and it wasn't available although when I purchased my van there I was promised it would be washed every time I brought it in

My representative was very nice and polite and eager to make things right since they had done so many things wrong I appreciate her enthusiasm on trying to make things right we will see if I am satisfied with the repairs are completed

When I scheduled the appointment I asked for a rental or loaner car. They told me if it wasn’t covered someone would let me know before the appointment. Someone called the day before to confirm the appointment. I asked about the rental/ loaner. She said they would have called me if it was not covered. When I brought my car in, I was told it was not covered. The job only takes 30-45 minutes. This was a big inconvenience as I had to call for a ride back home and then arrange to be brought back. My son and I hung out close by because I was told it would only take 30-45 minutes. It was almost 2 hours later that they called to let me know it was done. I was really unhappy with the service this time and the last time I had to bring my car.

Just wanted to provide feedback on my experience when picking up my vehicle. I walked into the service area, and the first person was talking to another employee/staff for about 3 minutes and didn't acknowledge my presence there. there were 3 other service people at their desks and they were not busy with anyone, but none of them seem to be eager to help. My service person was not there at that time, so I wasn't sure who to talk to.

After bringing my vehicle in for a couple of specific issues. I was disappointed that the major issue I was told was corrected still has not corrected. After talking to my service representative I will need to bring my car in again to be looked at. Not excited about spending $1300 and not fixing my issue. I chose to bring the car to the dealership because they are the professionals and I assume they would be able to fix this issue with my driveline.

Matt was absolutely amazing! He helped me from the very start taking in my car and explaining everything that he found wrong he showed me what was broken and even accompanied me to the finance guy to go and tell him the issue with me. He was the one who ordered my part and made the call the next day saying it was there. Then he replaced the part quickly and got my car back so fast! 10 stars for Matthew E Thornburg! Thanks Matt! I will always request him as my service tech!
