I originally did not want to go back to **** Hannah Chrysler because of the fact that the last time I went I had the worst experience ever. Alyssa was actually nice and took the time to explain things to me. Will definitely be going to her next time.

We were not told a transmission oil change was going to cost us 4000 dollars.It’s overpriced and I could have done it at home.Your representative did not inform us we were being charged for labor and also charged labor for the time when my car was sitting in line because a transmission oil change takes an hour, not two and it takes one person to do it.Labor was 138 dollars which not even a doctor gets paid that much for two hours of service. I’m not coming back and still waiting for your manager to contact me.

I was first shown a used Ford flex that was cracked and horrible interior. Then was working on getting the Chevy Traverse. Which we decided to get, but were promised to have a complete detail job because it was full of pet hair and garbage. I brought it home and was asked to bring back to have the brakes looked at and the detail job. I did that the next morning. I picked up the vehicle and have discovered all they did was vacuum and not even under the mats. Along with garbage under the seats and in the seat tracks. Also the cupholders have sticky gunk in all of them. And when I called Taylor cort on his personal cell phone he gave us on his business card he said he would call us Monday may 14 and or Tuesday may 15th which is today and still no return call. As well we mentioned that on the third row seat the vent cover is missing, which can result in an injury to whoever is to climb in the back seat area. With all the back on forth we have had to do we have used the gas, which was close to empty. We feel taken advantage of and feel rushed to purchase and get the vehicle. We feel we deserve to get what was promised the complete detail job. The car as well had a horrible sour smell. I would appreciate the managment contact us so we are able to further discuss this matter. Thank you Karla M

Teila has always been my contact at Hanna Dodge. Every time I’m in she always is prompt and listens. Another reason I even come back to the dealer is because I know Teila has that welcoming attitude. For years I’ve had the myth of the dealership will cost you so much money, but since Teila has been my go to I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
