Appointment made for 7:40am . Got there in time and I was told the service it will be done in 45min to 1hour.
I’ve been waiting for 1hour and 40 min .
Never told why I was waiting for so long , no next oil change sticker placed on window.
Totally unhappy with today service .
I took my car in on June 7th 2018 for the 3 recalls that it had. I didn’t check the car before taking it home when I picked it up because since it was at the dealer I trusted that everything would be perfect. When I brought it home I used it to go to the store, I turned on the AC and it wasn’t working, and on my way back it started signaling that the car was getting too hot and when I got to the parking lot at home I heard a loud noise followed by a sound of gushing water and smoke coming from the hood. I got out to check and when I opened the hood I noticed that the cable that connects to the radiator was disconnected and all of the antifreeze spilled on the ground. I went in to let the dealer know what happened but they said that it wasn’t them and that it was something else that caused it but I know for a fact it was, otherwise I wouldn’t have gone back.
The gal that help me not to sure what her name is but she was the best I wish I can get her every time

Shawn was very responsive and quite honest about what he knew and very willing to follow up and even show me pictures of the work being done on my vehicle. He is excellent, and by far the most friendly one I have met in service so far.
Teila was nice and made sure everything worked out smoothly. It was good experience
Not completely but I do like gary a lot and the problems with my car are not his fault. He does his best to make everything right.

Kelsey provided good customer service but the techs misdiagnosed the problem so after waiting a week to get it fixed we are waiting for parts again.
I had concerns about the defroster on the back window turning the strips brown and a multi point inspection was performed and I was told the problem couldn’t be duplicated. The strips are still briwn and even thought the service advisor said she has seen it before there is no comment on my invoice that that is normal. I would like to understand why the strips are now brown. Thank you.

Hes really bed diagnostic cars he did nuys my Jeep with stock Low for which he needs to push above thing in release low for can you say go back to school
