I was charged for services I did not agree to. During a conversation, the tech helping me thought I agreed to have more than just an oil change done. I did not. I was asking about the other services so I would know an approximate cost for when I did make an appointment to have them done. Took over 2 hours for just an oil change.
Quick and efficient for an oil change without an appointment. I will be back

I spent a lot of money on my repairs. When I dropped off my vehicle I was told that all 4 problems would be fixed. When I picked up my vehicle 5 days later, only half of the problems were fixed. I spent far too much money to have only half of my problems fixed and I am extremely upset and unhappy with the service.
Teila was great!!! She took the time to explain what was transpiring and what I could expect. She shared her experience with my issue, a possible service contract claim, so there were no surprises. Teila was great to work with and should I have the need to visit your service center again, I hope I can work with her.
Shawn was great. I was about to start looking for another shop, since last time my concern wasn't fully addressed, but Shawn made sure it got fixed, and sent my detail job back because it wasn't good enough. I felt super taken care of.

I was supposed to receive a call about fixing the clear bra on my 2018 Grand Cherokee. This is the second time I’ve been in to get this fixed and the tech recommended replacing it. I was told the first time and the most recent trip that I would receive a call about fixing this and still have heard nothing. I even sent an email to the first service provider and received no response. I would like to have this replaced soon it was an expensive vehicle and needs to be corrected.
