Fairly simple Factory recall, but nice to have it done.
The service that was provided was excellent. The communication was not. We had an ossuary with the transmission which we felt was probably minor and made an appointment for Tuesday afternoon. My wife was scheduled for surgery in Salt Lake on Thursday. when we brought the car into the service area we were told nothing could be done until the next day, we stressed how important it was for us to get the car seen, when we had not heard anything on Wednesday at 10am we called and found out no one had even looked at the car, Thet said they would get to it in a couple of hours, Because of this we were forced to borrow a car so we could get to Salt Lake, As it turned out it was minor, however, it was too late to do us any good, I suspect the message we left on Tuesday did not get passed on , Again service was good, communication poor.
Jeff was very personable in every aspect of his profession as a **** Hanna service tech. I was very pleased with my first visit to your facility.

I requested a loaner car as I had multiple appointments today and was told when I got there that there would be no car available for me even though when I confirm the appointment irie Twisted the car again and was told it was there for me

The issue didn’t get fixed it’s a brand new truck only a couple weeks of having it my interior lights didn’t work from the first day I bought it iv been jerked around going different places they tell me to go and I get the same results from the other company to go back to dealer it’s not there issue. I’m getting to the point of filing for the lemon law it’s getting very irritating.
Actually service was great except for I couldn't get my car washed and was told the service team didn't know when car washing would be available because there wasn't staff to do the job. This is pretty disappointing. I know it's a small thing but when you have purchased a vehicle within the year AND had it serviced only at your facility AND just paid close to $1000 it's disappointing to say the least. I did tell a bunch if friends about the job opening so I hope you find someone soon!
overbooked i was tolled on my ride home didn't get to get anything done, had the courtesy driver turn around back to **** Hanna ram So I got my truck went home. Then later that day I got a text saying my truck was done. That a weird text to get when nothing got done
Kelsey is an outstanding service advisor who always makes you feel special regardless of how many customers she is assisting. That’s a talent every business needs.

repeated calls to the assigned service advisor were not answered or calls returned from any one in the service department.

Shawn was pleasant to talk with and knowledgeable. A concern was after I left another customer called me and had my paperwork instead of his.
Communications was not great and was very delayed. When I ask for a estimated time of completion it was vague and no time was provided.
After paying and receiving the truck the check engine light was on. The cause was due to the tech not completing the calibration for the surface preformed. So every time I have had service on this truck there has always been an issue. I have always given another chance but this may be the last one.
She was super friendly and was very patient with me.
I was told 45 mins for my car to be ready and I was still there 1.5 hours later. I asked them to check my tire and they said that they couldn’t as it was past the legal specs to repair. They didn’t even fill my tire to the recommended air pressure which should be standard with your multi point inspection. Rated 1-10 I would give this a 1.
