I wish I would have been notified that my truck service would have taken longer than originally stated. I would of made other plans. Instead I was held there for over 4 hours instead of the 2 hours I was told. I ended up missing the play time at a rented facility for a 3 year old birthday party

It took me 45 minutes to get my key and paperwork AFTER my car was ready. When I asked the girl that was doing the paperwork why, she got snipy and said my car was not ready when I received the text. My car was parked right outside the waiting area. When I asked her for a service manager, she replied " I am the service manager". How absolutely disgusting that you have a service manager that treats your custmers like that. There is more to this, so I will be calling you.

Beth tried to get me to have work done that had previously been done, when I called her on it, she tried to throw my previous service person under the bus. I asked to speak to my previous service person, Kelsey, who is awesome, and Beth tried to dissuade me. I finally had to find Kelsey on my own, and she was able to set things straight! She is the best.!! The only time Beth was even nice was when she told me to say nice things in this survey.

My Radiator was leaking and I asked the scheduler to verify parts were in stock. She said the service department would check, if they didn’t have parts they would call and cancel the appointment. No call back so I kept the appointment and that afternoon Emily called to tell me no radiator and it would be 5 days, she also told me they don’t hold parts for the service department. I needed the car for the weekend. The issue I had was either your employees have inaccurate information or are not telling the truth since stories didn’t match. I got a called the next day to tell me they found a radiator and had finished the repair with I appreciate. Up till this service my experiences have been pretty good. This one not so good.

She was a little unpleasant. She didn’t smile at all or greed us, no hello or good morning... maybe she was having a bad day! At 10 in the morning . Other ways the service was done quick ????

Customer service was very poor. No one would even make eye contact with me when I came for my appointment. I waited for many minutes until someone checked me in. Whoever spoke to me on the phone was patronizing; rudely suggested I wasn’t checking my oil and changing it, when I have been. I’m not due for an oil change for 2000 Miles/3 months, but apparently have been burning oil (an issue not resolved; I was told to come back in after 500 miles for a consumption test, and that definitely won’t happen). I was charged 90 dollars for an oil change. This cost was never communicated to me. I can change my own oil for less. I came in because I thought there was a bigger problem than oil. Then I had to wait almost 20 minutes for someone to bring my car around. So, no, my experience wasn’t positive.

Mary was very helpful and courteous. I always love coming to **** Hannah to have my Jeep serviced. If you have to hang out somewhere for a couple of hours, it is one of the more pleasant places to do so. Thanks.

The person who assisted me with my service was kind and respectful, although she was not my scheduled point of contact. The service took an excessive amount of time, which i was compensated for and was not hoffmans fault by any means. I would not mind using this service center again.

The service people wrre all helpful and patiwnt. Howwver, the price quote and the final invoice were $600+ different. Shocked!! Also, as i was driving home the tire pressure light came on. Apparently, they didn't do somwthing once they replaced thw installwd that part. Sigh! Back to dealership for service.

There was a lot of miscommunication between Chrysler and the dealership. It took quite a while to get it straight. Kelsey at **** Hannah and Emily at Chrysler did a great job getting it figured out. Still waiting for my Jeep since it is on the 2nd time in the paint booth to be done right.
