Emily was my service coordinator she was slow and not very attentive to all customers I saw. My car was supposed to be done around 10:30-11. I finally called at 1:30 and she said oh yeah its done. she had assured me she would call me as well as the shuttle driver would call To come pick us up at neither of us were notified. when we got there to pick it up probably waited another 20 minutes before we actually got the car. ????

I thought each time I brought my car in that I was going to get a car wash because I bought my car at **** Hannah. I guess I was wrong but I came away a little disappointed. Other than that everything was great

Had to wait 20 minutes before anyone would come outside to wait on me and I was the first customer in line. Took almost 2 1/2 hours to do an oil change. I also asked to make sure my tire pressure was at 35 psi and when I got in my truck the tires were 31,32,32 & 34.

The service representative indicated she would call me with the test results for my vehicle. Instead she send an email which I was not looking for. When I discovered the email I contacted your dealership to speak with her. I could not get through to her and she was dealing with other customers and I spent 3 hours calling back trying to contact her. If she had said she was going to use an email I would have been on the lookout for the email in. Instead I wasted 3 hours waiting for a phone call.

Check in was quick. Came in for Oil change and tire rotation. Jeffrey also had the shop take care of two recalls saving me another trip. Excellent service.

It’s not my service advisor that is at fault. I made my appointment almost a week in advance and my vehicle was not fully completed on one trip. Why didn’t someone contact me and let me know before my appointment time that all the parts were not available?

I am absolutely not satisfied with the terrible service experience from **** Hannah. You are terrible at your jobs. You've had my car since April including almost 2 months straight and not only did you manage to not fix what was broken, you also went on to scratch my wheel and then take a month and a half to get it replaced after failing to do so the first time. I will make sure to tell everyone that asks and I will discourage them from ever going to yyr services e center and from buying a a car from you. I will also be contacting the Better business Bureau. None of you have the first clue about accountability, building trust, taking ownership of your mistakes and at this point you've made it clear that absolutely incapable of fixing a car. Worst serve ever. What you do seem to have a back for is for setting the bar even lower every time you have my car. Just when I think you couldn't so worse you pull through with yet another appauling result worse than the previous one

Beth was incredible... I came in 15 minutes before closing expecting to be turned away, but she stepped right up with a positive attitude to make sure that I had an excellent customer service experience. The service was completed quickly.. and my Jeep definitely appreciates the care and attention.
