The service performed was fine and Kelsey was fine as well. The check-in process was a mess. Too many people scheduled for service visits at the same time; the first person to greet us had no personality and performed no value in the process. It took 45 minutes to drop off our vehicle for a scheduled appointment. There a much better ways of handling this process. The online and contact process is a nice addition, but it seems the check-in process needs some serious revamp. I suggest giving the greeters tablet computers and handle the initial check-in rather than just asking,”do you have a scheduled appointment?”

I have already called to speak to management regarding the HORRIBLE customer service I received. The manager was less than concerned and made no effort to correct the problem. I will NEVER return to another of your dealerships, EVER! Not for service or any future purchases.

The hub cap(new) was missing the Dodge emblem in the center. Remaining three originals all have it. Otherwise, satisfied.

Had my vehicle for 6 days for a four hour warranty fix. Dropped off on a Saturday wasn’t ready until Thursday. The first 5 days wouldn’t give a rental car for the warranty work. I texted and called w questions and never got a response back or received a response hours later. Not much regard for the customer, the reaction from **** Hannah was that the way it is so too bad. I won’t be returning to **** Hannah for service I will be going to another dealership.

Jeff has been my service professional the last 2 times I have had my car in. When I left with my car this last time I couldn't get my cruise control to work. I called and took the car back and Jeff took the time to go for a test drive with me so that we could figure out the problem. He went above to satisfy my concerns. Actions speak louder than words.

First I had to reinstall the trunk button when it fell off inside the trunk because your mechanic did not twist lock it into place. Second the main issue with a ticking sound when driving after a cold start still happens. It happened when we drove it away and 100% of the time since then. Spent $207 for a button I had to reinstall myself and a car i bought there just 7000 miles ago that has an unrepaired problem.

We really appreciated the kindness and quality of service that we received when we brought our truck in for service. Both cyndee and Jeff took excellent care of us and had the truck fixed within a couple of days at no cost to us.
