We were told 3 hours. After 5 hours we finally were sent a text to approve more work, however all the work we requested was not even on the list. Service representative was difficult to contact, both by phone or by text. After nearly 9 hours it was finally finished. The vehicle had been damaged so new bumper is on order and we will go through this frustration again. Employees complained about being over worked and forced to work long days. No one seemed happy or “nice” by the end of the day. We given a 10% discount for our frustration.

This past Saturday I brought my CPO 2014 Ram 1500 in for an oil change, tire rotation, and a slow leaking rear tire. I presented my rewards card to Beth to get the “special” treatment. She said I would get a complimentary car wash.
When I was presented my receipt for services rendered, Beth mentioned that the technician couldn’t find any reason for a slow leak in my tire, and if the problem persists, bring it back and they will try remounting the tire.
I paid and walked out to my vehicle to discover, exterior is still as dirty as when I brought it in. I guess I don’t get the car wash. After starting my vehicle up, I toggled the vehicle information screen to the Tire Monitoring Screen. According to that screen, the tire in question still has low pressure and it is still in the same location. Did the technician really look at my tire? If he did, why didn’t he fill it up to the factory recommendation tire pressure. Why not attempt to remount it today instead of letting me drive away on a suspect tire? Also, why is it still in the same location? I thought I paid for a tire rotation? My confidence in your team is now eroded. How can Mopar allow me to leave there location with lousy service?
Little unsettled about the original reason for bringing it in.....but,glad they handled the 7recalls
I had a great reputation acknowledge my arrival Beth, I was supposed to to have Sean and he was apparently late and never made contact with me til I paid, where he tried to over charged me from what I'd been quoted prior. Shame on u Sean for being late and over billing. Thanks to Beth she was AMAZINGLY HELPFUL
5 hours waiting to get an estimate is unacceptable. Only for a plastic piece on the drivers side.

Why not just update it for me when you were doing the software update on the computer...remind me never to buy a car from you guys. You charge for every single thing.
I was told you always price match and when I sent the estimate I obtained I was told you only price match on tires. I have had word done there before and you always price matched. I do not feel like I should even have to pay the diagnosis fee since we already knew what was wrong the it and after getting other estimates now being told you do not price match so now I have to get all the work done elsewhere
