Teila was good representative. I think next time I will work with here. Only one thing that when I pick up my vehicle, she already left, and some one else help me.., this person did not know what the recommendations will be for my car..., if Teila did not left, it will be nice to talk with here. But I totally understand that she have a schedule with she have to follow. Any way all good. Thank you.

My service guy jeff helped the people out behind before me and waited so long to check in that i had to just walk out since my ride showed up 20 min after i was there with still no service. Requested for truck to be washed... Got email around 11ish saying ready but didnt pick up til after 4....no wash. When i did pick it up was showing charge for oil change that the sweet lady at the first desk helped me with to chang since it was under warranty. Jeff would have known that if he bothered to help the people waiting in order they came.... Just to add to my wait listening to the conversation... The patron he skipped me for didnt even have a appointment... Was just a drive in....would prefer to have the woman at tge first desk if i ever come back... Would classify the service from jeff as horrible if he gave me any service at all... As of this service i would not tell anyone to go there! Walk past u like your nobody and make your servive bad. Sorry **** hannah... Besides the lady at the first desk would rate your people as incompetent

I appreciate your service. I’m still waiting for my AC parts replace. Teila order the AC parts and Teila told me the part is coming this Friday 7/6/18. Teila is a doer. I appreciate her very much. I have been complaining about my car’s AC problem since last summer year 2017. The other agent’s from your Crysler auto service has not been honest to do their job when I took it to them since last year 2017 & this year 2018.. They keep telling me their’s no problem but I can tell even though I am not a mechanic that their is something wrong with my car’s AC because the dual AC **** in the air and has wheezes sound when I only use a vent. The sound comes and goes away. I bought that car on year 2017. I already had a problem with my AC last summer year 2017. Do you think I bought a lemon car from Crysler?

I called Wed afternoon after receiving a email saying my Jeep was ready for pick up and spoke with Emily and she said she would get it in for the oil change and that I could pick it up Monday afternoon. I told her I couldn't make it in that afternoon but I would be in the next morning. I drove in from Battle Ground and got there at 7:15 am and was told the oil change hadn't been done nor did the Collision Dept. do their final inspection. She said no problem I'll get it right in and you'll have your Jeep in 20 minutes. I ended up leaving 2 hours later without my Jeep and with no oil change and more importantly no apology at all from Emily!!!!!

I arrived early, which obviously was no problem. My wait time was about what I expected. My car was returned right out front to make my exit from your very busy area simple. Jeff was polite and easy going, which I like as vehicle maintenance usually makes me nervous. But with the agreement on my car, so far, it’s keeping me relaxed, but everything has been routine and minor. Thank you

Waited almost two hours to have an oil change done. My appointment was at 1000; I dropped the car off at 930 and waited until 1130 in the waiting area. I was told it would take about 45 min.

Oil change a tires took 90 minutes which is too long when scheduled but kelsey did great job.

The service was good but this is the first time that I picked up my vehicle was not vacuumed or cleaned like most of the time I’ve ever had service my vehicle was cleaned and vacuumed

Emily was fine overall but I just feel like every time I get serviced here I get different answers and no one can really tell me what’s what or give me details. On top of that... I have a newer Camry. When I go to the Toyota dealer down the road they seem way more knowledgeable about their vehicles, they also vacuum and wash the car with every service. I love my Chrysler more than my Toyota but the customer service at Toyota is MUCH MUCH BETTER IN ALMOST EVERY NOTICABLE WAY. Thanks

Between the automated emails and text messages telling me my vehicle was ready and the service staffs confusion on my vehicle that would be a no! The service center should be separated from the show room, you're way too busy to get anything right... including the emblems left off my truck.
