Kelsey was wonderful, super kind and quick. However, during check out she was with another customer and asked another rep to cash us out. Unfortunately we were handed off to Emily, who we had overheard on a phone call with an angry customer before we had even checked in. She was very short with us and didn’t even bother to smile. You could tell she was having a bad day, and that she really could care less about our experience. When I got back to my Jeep the oil change light had not been reset. So I went in hoping to talk to Kelsey (truly such a nice woman), however against my desire I went and asked Emily “hey can I bother you for a minute” to which she snapped “what?”... overall I’d love to come back and work with Kelsey again, or the man I have worked with in the past, but you couldn’t pay me to work with Emily even if it was just to ask a simple question. Thank you.

I arrived at **** Hannah for my 11:00 am. appointment to have my Jeep Liberty serviced on a recall for lower rear control arms and when I arrived I was informed the parts to fix the problem had not arrived yet. A courtesy phone call wold have been appropriate in advance of my driving to the dealership only to find that the parts were on back order. Poor PR- could have saved me the trip. Terry N

When my truck was 1st in, and my wife called for an update no one knew even what vehicle was in for service. The lady refused to give an update and made us wait for a call back even though our truck had been there for 6+ hours. Then it had to Be brought back at a later time for the actual repair to happen. Repair took longer than expected, and you guys had my truck for 7 more hours. We did not get a call when our vehicle was ready, and it was promised to be completed by noon. The whole process to Replace a tire sensor and tend to the recall issue took much longer than expected and created a huge inconvenience.

I could go off but I won’t. Just literally the worst experience every time We have to go here which has been a lot as we have a dodge and we try to get all of our car work done here to be on record. Almost always a bad experience.

I had an appt for a 10:30 oil change and it took over 2 1/2 hours since I showed up 5 min before my appt and left (once I could finally get out of the parking lot probably longer) after 1:00 pm. I did call because the line was really long and asked if I should come back later. I have had mostly positive experiences with prompt and thorough service (not cheap, but hopefully good quality) I'm concerned about the suggested fails since several of those seem to be things that were done to the car before I bought it.

The only thing was that I got a status email which didn’t have any status info just contact info and I could reply if I had questions. I got another email a couple hours later saying I could reply to email with questions so I did but never heard back. 4 hours later I got a call feom emily letting me know my car was ready for pick up.

I was very satisfied with Emily and the service team. However I was not satisfied with the services rendered as I requested and paid for a tire rotation and upon inspection of the vehicle I noticed that the tire rotation was not performed.
