Terrible! Poor communication! Overwhelming cost! I had to keep calling for an update on my vehicle, for several days. Not all maintenance I requested was preformed (@40k mile). They skipped the brake fluid change, although listed at 40k miles (every 2 years). My Jeep is a 2016, so do the math. Not all parts were ordered at the same time, and wonder why when shown the diagram, that it wasn't. Incompetence! Told work was finished, went to pick up my Jeep, but wasn't finished. Teila was very rude and asked me in a rude voice "who told you that". I said Anna did. Then was told that it wasn't finished. The mechanic was there, and appeared confused at what he was doing (by the way, I do wiring for a living). The overall cost was insane for a hitch that I provided (Curt), and wiring that took two tries to get all the wiring necessary. The one time that I received a loaner car for a day, the loaner car was at 1/8 tank of gas because they couldn't find the gas card. I hope you can see a bad trend forming. Went to pick up my vehicle for a third time, and they couldn't find it. Cost was over $1300 for an oil change, cabin filter, install of my hitch (Curt has 30 minutes for professional install), my supplied Curt harness with directions (they said they couldn't figure it out) and ordered an expensive harness, twice, because no one can read the diagram. I could read it. Will not return for any reason to **** Hannah Jeep. Incompetence from start to finish.

Everything was great but I asked to be called on a few occasions. Received text messages instead. Wanted additional service done but wasn’t able to help me complete this request. After this I was a little bit disappointed in the service that was provided.

, Jeffrey got my car done the same day I took it in. When my car was done I showed up at the facility during closing time and he is still nice enough to get my car for me even though they were 30 minutes in closing. Thank you very much

The main reason I brought my jeep in was because I needed my windshield cleaner topped off. There was a signal indicating that it was low. As I was getting ready to go to the beach, I wanted to make sure I had a diagnostic check, my tires checked, and my car washed. When the service was completed and I was getting ready to leave I noticed that the signal for the windshield cleaner fluid was still on. I addressed my concerns and was told not to worry about it that when I started driving the signal would disappear. The entire drive back from the beach I had no windshield wiper cleaner and my entire window was covered with bugs which ultimately put myself and my child in danger as I could not see because I did not have optimal visibility. I called when I returned on Monday, and was told I would receive a call back which never took place. This is unacceptable. I had to use a family member’s windshield/washer cleaner and it took an entire gallon to fill it up. That tells me it was never even taken care of.

When I brought in my car, I was told it would take about an hour. Beth then came to me with a couple additional items that needed to be taken care of. It took almost 2 additional hours before I got my car. I was not informed of the addition time needed or I would have taken the shuttle home. I inquired about the car a couple of times during the process and each time it took longer than I was told. After being there almost 3 hours, I was frustrated and confused by the lack of communication

Emily seemed to busy.I left a message to call me not my wife when vehicle was done she still called my wife qho was working. Tolled parts would be in tusday by text was told when i showed up it was 2 weeks out.She said she texted the wrong customer. Lastly when i was there to get my vehicle she tried to give my keys to someone eles. Was very unprofessional.

Best you call me since I have a number of issues to pass on. Very disappointed with service appointment for my new Overland Jeep Grand Cherokee. I bought a new Toyota Tundra platinum from DH in Kelso. Service at that facility is awesome. Vancouver DH Jeep Service has me know thinking of finding a new Jeep service facility.
