Hello, when I went to pick up my vehicle I was trying to ask the staff about why the service would be so expensive. I was brushed off repeatedly. When I looked into the issue on my own I found that the part is 1/5 of the price and its something completely easy to do oneself. Furthermore my vehicle is only a few years old and I don't understand why this would even happen. Upon researching all of this I found it was a common issue. I feel that maybe there should be a recall on this sort of thing to be fair to the customer.

What a great team! Ms. Hickox is so friendly, and I watched this all morning as I waited for my own vehicle to be completed. I sat in the waiting area close to the service bay, and to my delight I heard only professionalism and hard work on the other side of the wall. I was incredibly impressdd with the cleanliness of the whole facility, and enjoyed a tasty breakfast croissant from the deli!
Gary was great and it was a pleasure working with him.

I sent an email today explaining my frustrations with the Mopar oil changes the past two years. Yesterday I didn't receive any paperwork with my oil change though text or in person and for the 3rd time in a row it didn't get washed when is was stated it would.
I’m wondering about the statements made by **** Hannah dealerships. Bought the charger about a month ago and rolled off the lot with an empty gas tank. Every time I’ve bought a car in the past the tank was filled up and the car was detailed while we did the paper work. Not this time? I brought the car back yesterday for a recall service asked about a car wash and was snubbed. “Believe in nice”, hmmm.... so far haven’t felt the love?

The service manager I dealt with was a very nice great guy. This is why I love **** Hannah service.
After promising to have car 1 day...they had it 3 days. I asked if there would be a charge if they checked out a rattle...they said no. Car only has 5000 miles on it.
So...they charged me 100.00 to check out rattle. I am beyond disappointed and angry & am contacting CHRYSTLER. Also very rude when I picked up car.
The rattle was not because of my sunglasses in jockey box. It’s still rattling...

When I texted a question there was no response, this happened 3 times. The service departments at both **** Hanna dodge and Honda is very poor.
My car got towed in Monday late morning. Was never notified of the status or even that it was there. Someone said they would send my information out to the shop & someone would let me know. Never heard back so I left a message. Someone called me back that evening saying it would be worked on Tues. Heard from someone in the morning Tues & that was it. Car wasn’t done until Wed afternoon. I just needed to get keys made & it took 2 full business days. I was contemplating on going to Schwab or **** Hannah as just bought thus Jeep for future car maintenance. The lack of updates & communication on when my car would be fixed has made my choice not as difficult.
Waited all day for a call to pick up. No response to afternoon request fur status.
