Since my jeep was in the shop getting my software updated there are a free things that had stop working and they ate pretty important to me I had to find out the hard way and it cost me over 200 dollars so I'm not very happy I want it fixed right away please and thank you and my money back.
You guys were excellent! But a brand new truck, we we disappointed that we even had deal with the inconvence of problem!
I was so irritated when we showed up a few minutes early for our scheduled 7:00am service appointment and there was a line of cars and it took 30 minutes just to get checked in! I was advised it would take about an hour for the appointment and then for it to take 30 minutes just to be checked in and drop off keys is unexceptable. I have never had to deal with anything like this before. I think it was unorganized, probably under staffed or lack of training, it was a complete **** show and no way to run a service department. It was just ANOTHER BAD experience at **** Hannah that makes you not wanting to come back !

I am disappointed that my new truck already has a problem that will take up to a week to fix.

This was my first time working with Kelly and it went flawless as far as she was concerned... I am in the Jeep wave club and wanted my vehicle washed... That didn't happen. She told us that the wash person had not come in.
The low coolant light is on after the water pump replacement. Once in a while it flashes red warning of low coolant. The yellow light stays on constant. I called and informed the problem. Someone called and said they were backed up and would call later. That was 4 days ago. I’m busy also. Work done incorrectly and no return or follow up call. The truck has not been used. I need this done on my schedule. The temperature showed 190 degrees so I wasn’t worried about engine damage
Took forever and the customer service was slow on Getting back to me. And all he seemed very annoyed when I asked which was not there because I was told the part to be in the morning and it will be done in 1 to 2 hours and I did not get the car back until the end of the day.
Even though I was there for a recall, I was well taken care of. Every person I dealt with were kind and helpful.

I believe that Hannah was dishonest with me, and attempeted to gouge me on a fairly simple repair. I will not be doing businsee with Hannah any more.
Kelsey did a great Job of getting our parts expedited and installed in our truck. we were able to go on vacation as planned. jib very well done Kelsey Arnikd!!!
