Emily Hoffman was very good but the service area was very hectic and the parking lot was extremely crowded with new cars. I know you need to do what you need to do but I would choose somewhere less stressful next time if there is such a place.

I am very frustrated with the **** Hannah Vancouver auto mall’s service of my Jeep. I brought my Jeep in for a 7:30 am appointment and was told each time I called (I called 4 times) it would be “a few hours” and Emily would call me back. I never heard from her and my car was not ready until 6pm. I do not live close and wasted an entire day of my vacation waiting around. I will not return to have any work done on my Jeep.

Your staff was clearly burned out and backlogged. I dropped my car at 930am and heard nothing until the next day when I had to call you three times to find out when I could pick up my car. Then, when the car was pulled around, I couldn’t get out because of the line for service and abig rig. All in all a poor experience.

I have no desire to have a rep contact me. Communication sucked. I waited almost 1 hour after paying for service and believe it would have taken much longer had I not made my impatience known. I saw six people in your service bay just standing around doing nothing while telling me "we only have one porter". Ok. And six legal drivers,doing nothing instead of helping whatever a porter is. Unacceptable service and noway it was a "dead battery" as I read the voltage myself. $300 for a new battery aND a 2-minute flash update is theft.

This is the first bad review I’ve written about Hannah dealerships, having purchased many cars there. But, I would suggest expanding service facilities and hire more people to meet demand. I was told my recall appointment would take less than two hours, yet I was there for nearly five. Also, every time I come in I’m upsold on things. Am considering buying my next car somewhere else!

Never told any prices upon service. Service rep acted as if the problem was quick to fix. After sitting 3hr to be told there is nothing wrong via her tech and then refused to see the video I had of the malfunctioning car she dismissed me. She said that I could buy two new keys and then just bring the car in next time and they can make the switch. So **** Hanna wanted me to buy a product for future installment when I have video proof it was happening. Will tell my friends and family to avoid this place. **** to because my job make me interact with a lot of public and I will have a kick telling this story.

Seemed disorganized when I went to pick my vechicle up took 15 minutes to check me out because no one wanted to help one very busy employee. They did not text back when questioned about the cost of an oil pump change. Your prices do not match your service. I would not reccomend any service being done at your dealership.
