He had Very Good Communication with me, first time DH called me saying its ready vrs me calling over and over. In fast out fast. BTW where is my Truck wash I was Promised when I bought the truck! Someone dropped the ball (not Scott’ Fault) but customer for life huh?? When convient for who??

I took my truck in for 9 am appointment and I came to pick it up at 2:45 pm and I still had to wait one hour for to get it. This is the second time the oil indicator was not rest.
Emily and other staff have always been courteous and responsive to multiple customers in a timely and professional manner.
The dealership seemed well organized clean and had a very friendly café with a wide variety of menu options which is very unusual for café I mean. It was the day after a holiday and my service tech seemed a little frazzled with the caseload coming off above said holiday but all in all , he was courteous and friendly. I was under the impression I was going to have to recall issues fixed but was only told at the time of the appointment only one would be done. This did disappoint me as it takes time to bring the car in and now I will have to bring it in a second time when the parts are made available but, C’est la vie or such is life.
my service provider left me hanging and left work at 4 p.m. unknown to me. After waiting at the dealer - I had to constantly check my vehicle's status, I had to locate my vehicle in an alleyway to be told that was a complete stageing area, I had to be told my truck " was too old, and AC hose no longer available and I should check junk yards for a used one", I had to insist on looking for my discount coupons to get the correct charges settled, and lastly I had to go get my own truck out back as everyone seemed too busy and was encouraged by the final person who seen me. We have bought 2 brand new vehicles from **** Hanna and this has been the worst treatment !!!
Recall item was unfinished due to a lack of parts.

Jeff was excellent and worked me into a quick turnaround. Check Engine Light came back on after leaving dealership. Please give me a call to arrange a time to have the vehicle back into the dealership. Jeff was great and customer service provided was great but issue with vehicle is unresolved.

i came in for two things. my compass is not working and i am getting a message on my radio screen saying my vehicle 911 phone needs serviced contact dealer. both things still not working and message came on again

Wouldn’t listen to what I was saying.
I will never bring my vehicles back to get serviced there.
