Scott Long was very professional. I was initially given the wrong information by someone else within the dealership. Scott immediately fixed it. Although initially visibly upset, Scott fixed the problem and continued to be very friendly and professional. Thanks for your service Scott and **** Hanna dealership. Ben

Once again Kelsey was fantastic!! She’s great at communication all the way around, she lets me know when to be there, what they are doing and when it will be done...I have not been disappointed by her or the service....and she is funny, I love that, it means that a person is happy at their job! Be good to her she is a true asset! Thank you!

I was told repairs would take 2 hours. Wrong they kept the car overnight and still did not fix it. Claim they didn't have the correct part. I would think if it were a recall item the parts would be there. Now it's costing me a lot more time and energy to return my truck again not happy

I had a 7:30 scheduled appointment and didn’t hear anything about my vehicle until I called at 9:30. I was on hold for 15 min until speaking with Service rep who seemed distracted. Then I got a text at 10:30 with status which I now understand means checked in. I heard nothing the rest of the day and texted at 4:30 for an update and still heard nothing. I had requested to pick up my car by 3pm that same day. I was not notified my vehicle would need to stay over night or given time to make arrangements as I have kids and my van is my main vehicle to transport them. I then received a call around 11 the next day that my car was ready to be picked up. Also, I had same service person last time and specifically choose another one at time of making my appointment and still received who I had last time and also had an unpleasant experience that time as well. I’ve taken my vehicles to many other dealerships and the lack of communication while you have my car is the biggest thing I’m finding hard to accept.

Emily was rude when returning my phone call with questions I had. She did not leave my keys with service department to pick up my truck. And did not tell me I had more part that needed to be ordered and put on. Did not try to set up another time to do it . She did not offer to have my air bag light looked at while it was all ready there. But offer to pay $200 to bring it in to have it diagnosed but also said I don’t have what it was saying was wrong. She was not helpful at all.

Trial was courteous, answered my questions and had ordered a part for my 2016 Jeep Cherokee. I picked my car up and will bring it back when part arrives.

First, I got a text asking if I had any questions. I asked a question and never got an answer. Second, when i picked my car up i stood there for almost an hour waiting for them to bring it around. I watched about 20 people who got there after me get their cars. Finally one of the guys saw i was the last one standing there and asked for the ticket number. I finally got my car 50 minutes later.

We brought our vehicle in because issues presented immediately after you serviced a recall. The service rep was immediately dismissive, prompting my 12-year-old daughter to comment on our way out, "what's that guy's problem?!" Then we were billed for an hour labor to fix the issue that of course purely coincidental to prior service. Maybe the issue was unrelated, but we have absolutely go reason to trust you nor to feel like a valued customer.

The girl that greeted me was great. Super friendly and smiles a lot. Perfect person you need to start off with. Emily was also a pleasure to work with.
