Where do I start? 3 days for a brake job and general inspection? On top of that, the communication made this the worst service appointment ever. Over the three days, Emily didn't call me once. I called Thursday night, promised call back from Emily never happened. Got a text on Friday morning, I called and spoke to her. "I'll try to get it done today" really? It's a brake job! I called Friday afternoon for an update and again was promised a callback... Never happened. I called Saturday morning and waited on hold until she was available. She said she would try to get it done. At every turn your team did a crap job of setting expectations and follow through. If you had that experience would you ever return as a customer? In reading reviews, this seems to be a common theme. Good luck with your business. You will never see me as a customer again.
Way too much money for an oil change.I came all the way from Longview as I bought my car from you. First oil change was 90 bucks. I paid 116 today. I will have to go somewhere else moving forward.

when I dropped off my vehicle, it was for the night drop. However, the garage doors were wide open but nobody was there to take the key. So technically I would have had to put my key on the floor and hope nobody came in and took it. Then, in the past when I have pick up my car, the car has been washed. It was a nice perk. Bummed to see it is not around anymore.

Charged for a paint pin that was supposed to be in my truck, it wasn’t. Was also asked if they could keep it over night 24 hours. Five days later I finally got the call that the truck was ready. Inconvenient is an understatement.
Excellent customer service - quick - kind and thorough.

They did not fix the dash board trim even though I told them 3 times . I even pointed it out to 2 different employees. Also I asked to have the car washed. They were super nice and even delivered the car to me, however the car was more dirty than when I brought it and the dash was not repaired. Not a huge thing but the reason I had left the car for 2 days was to have these things fixed. Now I have to come back. This is not typical for the usually excellent service I get at the dealership.

First, Kelsey is professional; second, she is professionally personal. Second, Kelsey makes every attempt to concentrate on the client she is presently engaged with. Too bad it doesn’t work like that. She is tasked with a lot of elements at the same time.
She does an outstanding job. I have had her as my service rep prior to this service call. She knows my name and always presents a positive attitude.
This service call involved transmission work as part of a recall. I needed transportation to answer business service calls for my own business. She was detailed enough to work out various dimensions of cargo space to ensure I had sufficient space to load jos to my clients. Pretty damn cool.
When I go to **** Hannah Dodge, Kelsey’s face is the one I look for to be my service rep.
