I will never be back to your dealership after coming there for 5 years. I called in Friday regarding an indicator light on my dash. The person I talked to wasn’t sure what it was but we settled on some sort of malfunction light. She said it was serious and I should bring it in. I ASKED her if there was a charge for that and she said no. She said they would check it out and give me an estimate for the repairs. I drove over at 8:00pm to drop it off. Darin called around 8am and told me it would be $138.00 just to look at it. I told him what I just told you and he was totally rude and said “nobody does anything for free”. I wasn’t asking for anything for free. I was told there was no charge. He said he was sorry for the miscommunication but there was nothing he could do. I then came to get my car and it took 20 minutes for them to get it to me. It was a total waste of my time. I will NEVER be back and I will make sure I tell everyone I know. Darrin can definitely use some coaching with his customer service skills!

I scheduled a service appt for oil change and a tire that was loading air. When I picked up my jeep, she said they couldn't find anything wrong with my tire. After that my tire continued to loose air having to fill it up periodically. I just took my jeep to Les Schwab. They said I had a nail in my tire! I'm pretty pissed at Hannah. Obviously they didnt even check my tire , then lied to me. Lost all my trust for sure.

Update should only have taken 1 hour. My car was there for 6 hours. Was not given the free car wash, you advertise when I bought the car at **** Hannah.

They did an awesome job Scott was great I was a little annoyed that one of the parts needed to fix the vehicle was not in stock and had to be ordered so I had to leave my car overnight for it to be delivered and the appointment was made at least two weeks prior But Scott and the crew were great

Several difficulties with my repairs and no to poor follow up with communication I was charged in error and not refunded and you made nearly impossible to deal with the repair shop I was sick and between dr appts stressed with driving back and forth try to get the issues dealt with I will go to another dealership before I return to this site

It's really disappointing we can't get the free car wash as promised when I purchased the vehicle. Supposed to get one free wash per month and every time I go im told there isn't any one to do it. The service manager is nice but I feel bad for him having to turn down customers all the time.

Scott Long was wonderful and honest with me. My issue was with the work performed. Unfortunately the technician was unable to resolve my issues. Scott was witness to the issues for himself, but the tech couldn’t find or fix my issue. The problem showed it’s face the second on got home. I have to come back but hopefully I’ll work with Scott again.

I am more than dissatisfied with the customer service that I received from **** Hannah’s service department. I felt as if I was kept in the dark during the entire repair process. I only received call backs when I would call multiple times in a day. I would leave messages with the service call center and the service advisors would not return calls. I will not be returning to **** Hannah any time soon. I will leave reviews on Yelp and Google so that other customers who want to be treated with just a little bit of respect will take their business elsewhere.

As simple as it sounds, my only issue is that you didn’t put a sticker on my windshield to remind me of my next oil change. That and the lights were turned off in the lounge before my truck was ready.
