Took it in for a TPMS issue because driver front sensor not indicating the day after I bought the truck. Les Schwab had checked it out when I took it in for alignment and I was told the sensor was working and the truck most likely needed a wireless electronics module, but they just changed the sensor and got it working. On my way home from the dealership, two of the sensors stopped working! Driver front and passenger rear now not reading. Had to make another appointment for next week. Maybe this time they will change the electronics module for the TPMS system.

Supposely an alignment was done (at least I paid for it) and my Jeep still pulls to the right...a lot. So disappointed with the work again.
I appreciate **** Hanna handling my recall issue. They were prompt and very communicative on every aspect. However, my wife came to pick up the vehicle and it took nearly 35 minutes to retrieve?? I got a text the vehicle was complete but waiting for nearly 1/2 hr seems a bit lengthy. Overall, I appreciate the service, just wish they could have gotten my family out of the dealership quicker.
Great experience in the service center working with a Jeff. Everything was taken care of to my complete satisfaction. And offering the Lyft rides from and to the dealership is a great touch! Much appreciated.

Came in for my 10 am appointment. There was a line of at least 20 cars in front of me. Was told by my service advisor there will be a two hour wait just to get my car into the shop. I left at 1 pm or shortly thereafter. Disappointing that my 10 am appointment ended up being 3 hours.

When I picked up vehicle I found a bunch of scratch’s on the driver side fender and door! I’m disappointed that the service tech was not honest and didn’t report the damnage on his or her own! At this time I can’t say that I’m satisfied until my jeep is repaired back to the condition it was in before I brought it in!
Scott Long helped me when my check engine light came on and came on again prompting a 2nd visit. Only problem is my check engine light is now on again for the same problem, I must return again to helpfully get this problem fixed.
I get being a technician myself that things happen but there was a complete lack of communication Between the service department in the customer My vehicle was in there for 7 days M was told it would be 2. And after 5 days of not hearing anything from anybody I took the initiative and called and nobody knew anything about it talk to a lady and told me that she would have my cells and service representative get ahold of me and that she would personally go out and talk to her and I still never heard anything Until they sent me a text message saying that my vehicle would be done by 5:00 p.m. today. The people there are very nice and I don't personally have a problem with them but I think there should be more communication between the representative M the customer And the time line to get my vehicle back was way too long without knowing anything No one called me to tell me that it would take longer so I was disappointed in that.

Had 0845 appnt but with long wait to check in, it was 1103 when oil change & tire rotation were done. Why make Appnt??
