This was a disater. Jeff Roberts is completely incompetent and should not deal with customers. I have no faith in the repair either. I will glad to speak with you about it.

Kelsey was friendly with me, but very krass with a coworker named Cindy. No matter the problem, her approach was cruel, demeaning, uncooperative, and ugly. I was shocked that she did not hide it whatsoever which tells me this is permitted. If there is a legitimaye problem with her coworker, it needs to be addressed appropriately and with tje engagement of a manager who will take the action needed. I auspect the bigger issue isnt Kelsey and actually the leadership there in service. Consider all your people. No one, despite the reason, deserves that approach. I hope Kelsey learns that sje would never want someone to treat her in the same manner and that is not the way to deal with things.

When I called initially for my appointment I was lead to believe someone could initialize the system promptly but that was not the case, I did not have a ride lined up. It turned out to be much more complicated after all. Jeff Roberts was very professional and I am satisfied with the communication. I feel they should have viewed my file thou to know I had the Mopar lifetime warranty as I had to bring that up after receiving the repair estimate. That said it was covered and I am a satisfied customer. Thanks! Dave

Service is terrible, vehicle was worked on for the transmission 4 times then it blows up 2 months out of the warranty. Never been so dissatisfied with the service any where.

Had an appt. Took 20 mins to check me in. And was told that they disnt have capacity to check a couple of concerns that I have. Only time to do oil change. So, I have to come back again.

We checked in at 7:15 am - we sat 3 hours an finally asked Emily if there were any updates. Her response was no - after another 2 hours we asked again and we were told I’ll check with the technician and let you know immediately. One hour later the car showed up and were given the papers and left. A total of six hours. Just a simple response would have been nice - so disappointed

Service tech did not follow instructions to not rotate tires. I had to bring it back to them to unrotate. I also remember my car being washed after servicing it. What happened??? Customer service used to be much better..

I brought my vehicle in for recall and asked that the fender piece on my driver be replaced/ repaired at that time. I was informed that the new piece would have to be painted and that would take 3-4 days to be painted and dry etc. I stopped by after a couple of weeks and was told I should talk to Teila who was out to lunch. I asked that she call me and let me know status of my appointment to get this repaired. Heard nothing. So I called and she was out to lunch. So I asked again that she call me and let me know status. No word. So I dropped by again she was out was out but was told I needed to talk to her so they would have her call. After a month of no answers I called Mopar to see if they could get me some answers. Now I don’t think this is Teila’s fault in any way BUT someone should have given me a courtesy call at least as to time frame etc. WARRANTY should be given the same courtesy as everyday repairs. Maybe some future training should deal with courtesy calls to give your customers status times. Food for thought. Thank You. Sandra H
