I was charged for tax then I should not have, my tires were not inflated to the right psi, and I have called 3 times to get the tax refunded and have not received a call or refund. Also, when I bought the car I was told I would get 10% off at the service center, but there is nothing about it on the invoice.
The change oil light is still showing

I'm confused on the billing. Not sure why I was billed for 158 in oil. 1 - I thought we got some sort of discount and 2 - comparing to my other 2 changes it was 100 total with oil, parts, labor and tax. And it was a bummer 2nd time coming there and no car wash.
Mr. D Green took care if me and truck with great care and speed. I look forward in doing business with you guys because of Mr. GREEN attitude and the the attention to detail he performs.

3rd time my car has been damaged during routine oil change, by **** Hannah employees. Tires installed we're not per manufacturer recommendations. Tires installed are smaller and looks to be glued on. Scratches in paint...no cleaning of vehicle prior to paint or after. Not cared for as a VIP member what so ever. Very disappointed!!
Telia was very communicative and did an excellent job keeping me informed of progress made on my vehicle. Will definitely be coming back.
- Made appointment and had to wait 10 min for my service rep to finally help me (this happened last time as well).
- Nobody told me the service recall work would take 3-6 hours....if I knew that i would have planned to dtop off my car.
- rep offered me a free Lyft but then told me i lived too far away so i was stuck at the dealership
- after a couple of hours, rep then told me my car “passed” recall and now all they needed to do was oil change, tires snd inspection. About 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
- 3 hours later my car was ready to drive home.
- Terrible experience on many fronts
2nd time fixing same problem and still isn’t right. The service department has had the vehicle more than 4 weeks total. Now has to go back again. Very disappointed....
4hrs to find nothing and no parts were available, plus the hood was not secured by the tech and almost caused a wreck to happen.
Kelsey is always a joy to work with.
Scott was awesome. He went above and beyond. He sould be commended.
