Yes he made sure things were taken care of in a timely manner even though I was expecting things to take a little longer with parts and putting the parts on so that was nice and then having my car the same day with being able to get me a loaner car when I needed one I appreciated the going above and beyond to help somebody.

This is no reflection on Emily, who was totally awesome. She was courteous, friendly, attentive and dealt with the issues I presented along with having my oil changed. My disappointment in the service was in the fact that I paid for the additional **** Hannah rewards program, which is to include a complimentary car wash whenever I bring my car in for service. Apparently there is difficulty in filling the positions for this service, so it couldn't be offered when I had my car serviced the other day. So, as an alternative, you need to offer car wash passes to something like Kaady Car Wash or Washman, or something. You promote a service and offer it as part of a deal, hold up your end of the deal. You owe me a car wash and interior wipe down/vacuuming as per the rewards program.

Teila was very helpful, this isn’t a reflection on the service she gave! My satisfaction with the service is more about the fact that it took 3 days to do the work, and then my vehicle wasn’t even put back the way it was - stuff from my glove compartment was left on the floor. Every single time I have gone to your dealership for anything service related in the last 6 years, it has been a hassle or something has gone wrong. It’s frustrating when you’re the only dealership in town.

I know today was busy. But 5 hours to wait for an oil change is inexcusable. After texting twice using the text feature with no response is bad. And when I walk over to physically check my chart is sitting under multiple charts and her response was it’s been busy. So who knows how long ago has my car been done. I didn’t say a word and since you guys asked today was really bad. I don’t want to go to Jiffy Lube but I might start. SMH.

It took 6 weeks to find out if a part was covered under warranty. I'll be finding another dealer to work with, I will not be back.

Had very good service. Service tech was very informative. Only complaint was vehicle now has 34000 miles on it and had to have the oil drain plug replaced. There is no reason why a drain plug cannot be used more than a couple of times without having to be replaced unless it's defective to start with and then the customer ends up paying the cost which was $20 Chrysler needs to address this issue thank you
