I paid for an oil change, tire rotation and inspection but they did not rotate the tires she was very short and rude with me. I need to find another place to do my business. I regret buying my cars from this dealership. It has been nothing bit trouble from the beginning. You put def fluid in my windshield washing fluid if that tells you what kind of service you get here.

I am very satisfied with the oil change but when I got home noticed that my low tire pressure on my drivers side was and still is very low and I thought they did an inspection of my vehicle with the oil change!!!!!!!

My car has been having issues internally and was explained to Darin but he said it was just a battery issue which I went out to buy. Then after a day or 2 he calls after diagnosing the car and said nothing else is wrong with it just the battery then 2 to 3 weeks later it does the same thing and all he does is charge the battery and sends me off after having the car for 4 or 5 days.

I got a 30k mileage service. I wish I would have known how much this service costs before agreeing to it. Surprise when I got the invoice. Other than that Teila was great. Very great personality.

Your service rep was rude and sarcastic on arrival; a slight hint of a promise of actually caring while sending us to a car rental agency with a comment that she would see what she could do about reimbursement and then shoving a Chrysler 800 number at us at pick-up; provided no guidance or documentation with which to submit said claim to Chrysler; did not give any estimated time the work would be completed to start with; nor provide any follow-up call letting us know how long it would take given that we have a rental car and need to keep them informed. Finally, didn’t provide a business card or any other documentation for us to with any follow-up questions before or after. It became apparent that a personal appearance would help find out the status of the vehicle; however, since I didn’t know the service dept hours, they were closed the afternoon I arrived. Thankfully, I found someone on the sales side willing to assist me. This wasn’t the first poor experience; I do, however, hope it’s the last.

I went in for 2 recalls on my wife's dodge charger. I never mentioned having a family of 4 kids with a busy schedule but I didn't feel like it was something I had to say to the service department person I left the vehicle to. My appointment was at 9 am 10/15/2018. I showed up early only because I had dropped my daughter off at school in SE Portland, it was about 8:15am when I showed up to **** Hannah Dodge. I asked an estimated time of completion, and if needed to be provided a loaner vehicle only for the very specific reason that my family needs two cars to accomplish our daily tasks. I was told it wasn't going to be necessary to provide me with a loaner vehicle because our car would be ready that same day. Twice I called the same day once before 1 PM and another once at 6pm. We never recieved a call or update that we weren't going to have our car back. My wife had to be late to her Job to drop me off at work and pick me up at 10 PM with our 1yr old and our 8yr old on a school day because someone failed to do their job. The next day I spoke to Jeff in the morning 8am, once again I let him know we needed a loaner at least ahead of time so that we wouldn't repeat the same incident. No loaner, no car before the time my wife had to work so I had to make 3 trips to Portland with our 1yr old and the last trip to Beaverton for my job. My wife had to get a ride home from her job. And we were unable to pick up our car until today 10/17/18.
