Scott Long was great to work with. He called me with an updated just a couple of hours after my appointment. There was a mix up on the recalls as another dealer in AZ marked our vehicle as recalls complete, but they had not been done. Scott had the recalls completed that had not been done and got it in quickly for an oil change and tire rotation. My vehicle was ready for pickup before noon. Great work Scott!

I told at least 3 people why I was dissatisfied with what happened. You should listen to your employees. Certainly they would need to be involved with corrective action anyway. Making me repeat what I have already shared is very redundant.

Teila was not very good at communicating throughout the progress of the recall work. And one part was defective nd I had to come back another day, which wasn’t her fault, but when it was time to get a Lyft rise an incorrect address was input for my home address, I noticed when they started heading in the wrong direction and then was asked to call **** Hannah for them to contact Lyft to make the correction for them to be paid. Then again when they sent me a ride to bring me back to the dealership, the address still wasn’t fixed, the driver called me and said I’m here but there’s no house. I asked him to verify the address and it was still the wrong one. I finally had to call Teila and she wouldn’t take my call, I had to ask the rep to fix the address and call for a new Lyft driver because the other driver was still 20 minutes out. When I got there, Teila saw me and left her desk and didn’t come back out. Someone else had to check me out. And it took them 15 minutes to find my keys. ???? Not good **** Hannah...where’s the customer service?

The service was timely. That’s The only good thing I can about the experience. The representative was not helpful at all, wasted my time. Unlikely to use **** Hannah in the future. My questions were not answered by any stretch of the imagination.

They used to have a shuttle to drive people home. They changed it to Lyft's services and now they don't go to Battle Ground which of itself isn't a big deal, however I wasnt told about this ahead of time so I had to pay out of pocket for a ride home. I would have things arranged different had I known.

I was completely satisfied with my service while my husband on the other hand was not satisfied because you didn’t have time to wash the vehicle that we brought in five hours earlier. Difference of opinion on this but just to let you know what happened

I guess were waiting on an estimate for repair. So did my car just sit there all day at the dealership for 8 hours? What was done to my hood because now it's all out of whack and looks worse then when I brought it in.

Teila was awesome she resolved a issue we have had on our vehicle that we had since the day we bought it off the lot at **** Hannah. We brought our truck in and no one else tried to assist us in getting it resolved even when we told them we knew there was a issue. She gave us A+ customer service making things right even after our extra warranty did not cover the issue she still did everything in her power to make sure we left happy thank you Teila!!????

Yes Beth helped me with everything I needed. I had 3 simple questions. That I needed answered when I got to the dealership about the wait time and how long it would be and what all they were going to be doing in an oil change. The first girl who helped me Made it seem like the questions I was asking was a nuisance, because I wanted to know exactly how long it was going to take and what all is done in an oil change? So she turned me over to Beth and Beth and awesome job on having my questions answered thoroughly and with A respective attitude. So next time I come in to get an oil change I will completely ignore the other girl and go straight to the kindhearted and patient face of Beth who helped me.
