I got the vehicle back and it is 100% as it should be. Kelsey was very helpful in resolving the problem. Lesson Learned, compare the sticker with the vehicle - this should have never gotten out of the factory. Ken Dent picked up on the safety hazard that the rear bumper could catch on fire.
First in line to resolve this issue, was Frank Carwan and I appreciated his concern, next were the **** Hannah service department team. I have no reservation in telling Costco that your dealership stepped up and did the right thing - Quality is all of us not just some of us.
Every time I have been there it is a pleasant experience despite being there for hours. All staff members are polite and helpful.
Last scheduled oil change, tire rotation was included. This time not only did the price go up but I was charged $27 for tire rotation. When I checked the dash tire pressure screen the tire were not filled to spec. Makes me believe they weren't changed. Has something changed?
