I do have to bring it back because of cash camera issues that was found out until I was ready to leave. Which was one of the reasons I had it in for service.

Customer service was adequate. Scott is a hell of a service team memeber. My service was supposed to take 2 hours and turned into over four hours. . One perk was a friendly team that loved to connect with its customers.

It I apparent Kelsey has mad organization skills and accomplishes much more than the other agents. There were three people at Kelsey's desk when I came to pick up my vehicle and she helped all three of us simultaneously while most of the other agents did nothing. Kelsey should be managing the whole service department. She really gets IT!

Rude staff Nobody wants to help. Everybody acts like they are too good for customer or even acknowledged that I'm here with my vehicle. I spent so much on my 5th new car. And only at jeep are they not fuenedly

I was told my car would be done on Tuesday. It was not even looked at until Wednesday. I was told that a tech called out on Tuesday and my paperwork was missed. This is unacceptable

Not enough techs to cover the scheduled work load, no call backs, had my truck for a week. And the GM a asshat for making the service writers take appointments knowing they can’t get the work load done. Yes I would like to talk to someone
